All fees are paid via monthly subscription.

Payments are taken on the 1st of each month.

Fees are split into 12 equal payments covering 45 weeks of classes per year.

A minimum of 4 weeks’ written notice via email is required to cancel a class or subscription.

1. General Information
1.1 To secure your child’s place in classes, payment is required monthly in advance via our subscription system only.
1.2 Fees are pro-rata based and spread evenly over 12 months. Payments are taken automatically on the 1st of each month (please note, if the 1st falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment may be processed the next working day).
1.3 Fees are reviewed annually.
1.4 Prices are based on 45 weeks of classes per year, spread evenly across 12 monthly payments (August–July). Payments continue throughout the year, including months where classes may not run (e.g. Easter, October Break, and Christmas). These breaks have been factored into the 12-month plan. While you pay monthly, your total payment covers the full operating weeks only.
1.5 Class fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Should you wish to cancel your child’s classes or subscription, B Fabulous Studios requires 4 weeks’ written notice via email. Notice must be sent to info@bfabulousstudios.co.uk.
3. Photo & Video Permission
3.1 B Fabulous Studios regularly captures photos and videos for promotional and celebratory purposes. If you do not wish for your child to appear in these, please notify us in writing via info@bfabulousstudios.co.uk.
